Cookie policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

In short

This website sets no cookies. Nor does it use social media or advertising pixels, or any tool that follows you from one site to another. That is why you will not see a banner asking you to accept cookies: there is nothing to accept.

We count visits with a tool installed on our own server, which stores nothing in your browser and does not keep your IP address. It is explained in section 3.

The one exception is the private family area: when you sign in, your browser stores the token that keeps your session open. It is a strictly necessary technical measure and does not require consent. It is explained in section 5.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it, to remember information between pages or between visits: from keeping you signed in to recording your browsing in order to compile statistics or show you advertising. This policy also covers technologies that do the same job, such as browser local storage or tracking pixels.

2. What this website uses

On the public pages, no cookie is set and nothing is stored in your browser:

Item Status
First-party cookies None
Third-party cookies None
Browser local storage Only in the private area, when you sign in (section 5)
Web analytics Our own, without cookies and without keeping your IP (section 3)
Social media or advertising pixels Not used (section 4)
Third-party content Only the virtual tour, and only if you choose to load it (section 6)

Pages are generated in advance and served from our server, as are the typefaces, which are not loaded from Google Fonts. While you read the website, your browser contacts no third party.

3. Analytics

To know how many people visit the website, which pages they read and how many tap the links to call us, email us or open WhatsApp, we use Umami, an open-source program installed on our server, hosted by Hetzner in Germany. We do not send this data to any analytics service from Google, Meta or any other company.

  • Nothing is stored in your browser: no cookies and no local storage.
  • Your IP address is not kept. It is used for an instant to work out an anonymous code that tells one visit from another, and then discarded. That code is calculated with a key that changes every day, so it cannot recognize you the next day.
  • You are not followed outside this website and no profile of you is built.
  • What comes out are aggregate counts: visits, pages, country, type of device and referring link. They are kept for 25 months.

Because the measurement neither stores nor reads anything on your device, it does not require your consent. The only thing it checks is the umami.disabled key in local storage, which exists only if you have turned measurement off yourself; it never writes it.

4. Ads on Google and Meta

The school advertises on Google, Facebook and Instagram without installing their pixels or cookies on this website.

When you arrive from an ad, the platform adds a click identifier to the page address. This website does not store it in your browser. If you send the visit form, that identifier is saved with your request, and only if you tick the optional box shown in that case is it shared with Google to measure the campaign, as explained in the privacy policy.

Meta ads carry their own form inside Facebook or Instagram, without going through this website: Meta’s cookie policy and our privacy policy apply there.

5. The private family area

The private family area stores information in your browser only once you sign in. Opening the sign-in screen without signing in stores nothing.

What is stored is not a cookie but an entry in local storage (localStorage) holding the token that proves your session, so that you do not have to type your password on every page. It is deleted when you press “Sign out” or when you clear the site data in your browser.

It is a strictly necessary technical measure for providing a service you have expressly requested by signing in and, under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, it is exempt from consent. It is not used to analyze your browsing or for any other purpose.

Authentication and the private area data are provided by Supabase, as data processor. While you use the private area, your browser communicates with its servers. The same happens on the public pages in a single case, and only because you act: when you send the visit form, your browser sends Supabase what you have typed.

6. The virtual tour

The virtual tour page offers a 360-degree tour hosted by Kuula, an external provider. It does not load automatically: a notice appears, and it only loads if you press the button.

Until then, your browser does not contact Kuula. If you choose to load it, Kuula may set its own cookies under its own policy, just as if you visited its website directly.

7. How to manage storage in your browser

You can review and delete at any time the cookies and data that websites store on your device, and set your browser to block them, from the privacy section of its settings.

If you clear this website’s data, you will be signed out of the family area. The public pages will work exactly as before, because they store nothing.
