Family workshop: “The art of embracing anger”

We invite you to this free workshop for families with children aged 2 to 4, where we will explore how to support children through tantrums, set limits and encourage healthy emotional regulation, from the perspective of attachment and brain development.
The workshop will be led by Leticia Sarabia, a psychologist specializing in active teaching approaches and positive discipline.
